2. Delivery policy
Truewood Furniture locally manufactures all our products. Lead times vary depending on stock availability or time taken to manufacture the product. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched normally within 48 hours provided payment is validated. Should the product need to be manufactured please allow 4 – 8 weeks delivery. Your order confirmation will be sent via email and/or telephonically.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Truewood Furniture will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
3. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery
When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Delivery by Truewood Furniture to your street address will be charged for depending on distance:
- Delivery within Gauteng – R390
- Delivery outside of Gauteng – You will be quoted depending on your location any quote requests can be sent to sales@truewoodfurniture.co.za
Shipping
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Please note that shipping of more than one product on an order may occur from different sites resulting in different delivery times and different invoices.
Shipping will only be done to locations with a physical street address in cities or towns.
Undeliverable Shipments
Occasionally Shipments are undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Only orders delivered inside the borders of South Africa will be processed.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Truewood Furniture via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Truewood Furniture separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.
